SHIPPING POLICY

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery service to offer you competitive rates and fast and secure delivery.

The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery service is used and the cost.

We offer 2 services for UK mainland delivery DPD and Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery Options

  • DPD - Standard Delivery (3-4 Working Days) (Mon-Fri)
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local DPD depot.
    All UK up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles )
  • DPD - Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) 
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local DPD depot.
    All UK up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles )
  • Royal Mail Tracked
    3-4 Working Day service for goods up to 5kg.
    UK mainland and also including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed
  • International Royal Mail Priority Air Mail Service
    • EU and Non EU Countries 3-5 Working Days Service Max Weight 2kg
    • Rest of the World 5-7 Working Days Max Weight 2kg

We endeavor to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 2-3 days from the date of your order confirmation. All goods will be despatched via your preferred delivery service (Monday to Friday only). This applies to goods which are in stock at time of order. ProKit UK will inform you by email of any items not in stock as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.

Please note that we are unable to accept orders with delivery to PO Box number addresses.
Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of the order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:

  • Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website.
  • Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your card details and will be awaiting a call back from the cardholder which could delay your order.
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. You will always be contacted by e-mail if this is the case and then you will have the right to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait.

Teamwear items are not kept as stock items and have to be ordered from our suppliers at all times. This process is normally complete in 10-14 working days, however where possible we will try to deliver sooner.
(Please note that this is what virtually all Teamwear sites do, as the ranges are so vast to keep all styles, colours and sizes in stock.)

Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world.

If your order is not accepted by SagePay, when placing your order, this will be the reason and your order will not be accepted.

Note: Training equipment that carries an oversized item will only be dispatched to the UK mainland, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and ProKit UK. Please phone our customer services team on 0844 844 0665 for further details, prior to placing your order.
