CLICK & COLLECT

Contactless Click & Collect orders - Collection will usually be available within 8 working hours (Teamwear & Club Shop Items are still subject to 10-14 working days turn around) after you have placed your order. Occasionally this could take a little longer so please ensure that you have had confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store to collect.

Click and Collect orders can be placed online Monday - Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Orders can be collected from our Harold Wood store in line with their opening hours. (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm)

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store, this will be an email or phone call explaining that your order is ready to collect and arranging a time slot for you to visit the store. We cannot provide your collection if you have not had confirmation that your order is ready to collect.

  • You will be able to collect your order at the front entrance to our store - please ensure you have received your confirmation email or call to let you know your order is ready for collection and we will book in a collection time with you.
  • Your order will be placed outside the front of our store at your arranged collection time and you will have 30 minutes to collect your order.
  • This ensures that collections are contactless between the customer and our staff force. Our store will be closed and no browsing or adding to your order will be allowed.

As our store is seeing significant demand, there may be periods of the day where orders cannot be collected within 8 working hours, this is due to time slots being arranged and making sure customers do not come into contact with any staff or other customers.

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery service to offer you competitive rates and fast and secure delivery.

The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery service is used and the cost.

We offer DPD for UK Mainland, Europe & Worldwide Delivery.

  • DPD Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - (Monday-Friday)
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local depot or your parcel may be left at your local Post Office.
    All consignments to the UK are up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles )
  • DPD Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - (Monday-Friday) 
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local depot or your parcel may be left at your local Post Office.

  • DPD Express Delivery (Next Working Day Before 12pm) - (Monday-Friday) 
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local depot or your parcel may be left at your local Post Office.

  • DPD Express Delivery (Next Working Day Before 10am) - (Monday-Friday)

  • DPD Sunday Delivery (Must Order Before 10pm Friday)
    A signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local depot or your parcel may be left at your local Post Office.

We endeavor to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 2-3 days from the date of your order confirmation. All goods will be despatched via your preferred delivery service.

This applies to goods which are in stock at time of order. ProKit UK will inform you by email of any items not in stock as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.

Please note that we are unable to accept orders with delivery to PO Box number addresses.

Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of the order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:

  • Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website.
  • Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your card details and will be awaiting a call back from the cardholder which could delay your order.
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. You will always be contacted by e-mail if this is the case and then you will have the right to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait.

Teamwear items are not kept as stock items and have to be ordered from our suppliers at all times. This process is normally complete in 10-14 working days, however where possible we will try to deliver sooner.
(Please note that this is what virtually all Teamwear sites do, as the ranges are so vast to keep all styles, colours and sizes in stock.)

Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world.

If your order is not accepted by SagePay, when placing your order, this will be the reason and your order will not be accepted.

Note: Training equipment that carries an oversized item will only be dispatched to the UK mainland, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and ProKit UK. Please phone our customer services team on 0844 844 0665 for further details, prior to placing your order.
