HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?

By using the search facility you can type in the name of the product, product code, characteristics etc. Any products that match the criteria will be returned in a list. You will then be able to follow a link on the product through to further details. Alternatively, use the menus at the head of the page to help navigate through to the type of product you require.

HOW RELIABLE IS PRODUCT "AVAILABILITY"?

Product availability is updated daily, in case of an availability problem where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, you will be informed by email or phone with an expected availability time for your order.

IF I PLACE A PRE-ORDER WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEM ON THE RELEASE DATE?

Dates given for Pre-order items on the website are expected delivery times at ProKit UK, normal process and delivery times will apply from that date. In the case of these dates being put back we will inform you by email or by phone at the earliest possible time. Generally the suppliers deliver to us prior to the release date but in some instances there may be a delay which is beyond our control. Please note: Stock allocation cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT SIZING FORMATS DO WE USE?

All sizes shown on our website are UK sizes. If you are unsure what size to order please contact our sales office on 0844 844 0665 who will convert to your required size.

HOW DO I PAY AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

You can pay for your goods with any of the following major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron. We use a secure encrypted connection when dealing with your payment details to ensure its safe to use your card over the Internet.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEBSITE?

We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK?

We will inform you via email or by telephone with an indication of the availability date. If this situation occurs we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the product. Please note that Teamwear items are not generally kept as a stock item and need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer. This is normal practise in the UK Teamwear industry.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We now offer 2 services for UK mainland delivery, DPD - part of the GeoPost Corporation and Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery Options

  • DPD - Standard Delivery (3-4 days) (Mon-Fri), a signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local DPD depot. All UK up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles)
  • DPD - Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri), a signature is required and if not available a card will be left for the customer to contact the local DPD depot. All UK up to 30kg, (not including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles)
  • Royal Mail Tracked, 3-4 day service for goods up to 5kg (or 5 pairs of boots)
    UK mainland and also including Scottish Highlands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed
  • Royal Mail Air Sure Tracked
  • EU and Non EU Countries 3-5 Day Service Max weight 2kg
  • Rest of the World 5-7 Day Service Max weight 2kg

We endeavour to dispatch all orders that we receive prior to 12 noon, the same day. There is an option to choose Saturday delivery if goods are ordered after 12 noon on a Thursday.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH IT?

Yes, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original condition unused with all packaging and tags intact within 14 days of purchase for either refund or exchange. Please give your contact details and the order number if possible. (Please note some Teamwear items will be exempt from returns if personalised).

CAN PERSONALISED GOODS BE EXCHANGED?

Please Note: All personalised product cannot be exchanged so please ensure to order the correct size and personalisation details when purchasing. If however, the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your statutory rights remain unaffected, and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange according to your wishes, as is normal procedure.

IS MONEY WITHDRAWN DIRECTLY AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?

Your details will go through a quick security check directly after the order is placed, and your account will be charged after under going these checks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH A PRODUCT?

If you find a fault has occurred with a product please return the item preferably in a clean and dry condition to:

Make sure you include a covering note with your name/address/contact telephone no. or email address, clearly explain the reason for return along with the outcome you would like (replacement, exchange or refund). We endeavour to deal with returns within 3-5 working days, however this may extend at busy times of the year. Most importantly we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us (check which is appropriate with carrier). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
