ProKit UK Delivery Policy

We continually aim to provide you with a competitive, fast and secure delivery.  We therefore use a number of reputable carriers, including Royal Mail.  The size, content and weight of your order will determine the service used.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon that same day.  Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday are normally dispatched on the following Monday.

We deliver internationally to most countries.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Charges:

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £80

UK Orders - £5.95 - Approximately 3-4 Working Days (Up to 2kg)
UK Orders - £7.95 - Approximately 3-4 Working Days (Over 2kg & up to 15kg)

Rest of the World - £12 (Up to 2kg)
Rest of the World – ‘Please Call’ (Over 2kg)

Please call to discuss delivery costs and options for bulk orders and/or items weighing over 15kg.

Next Day Delivery (where possible) can be arranged for a supplement, please contact us on 0844 844 0665 to discuss your options.

Delays:

Occasionally it will not be possible to dispatch your order straight away, this could be for a number of reasons including:

• ‘Pre-orders’ will be dispatched in accordance with the release date specified on the website
• Additional security checks may be requested by your bank.  Your order will inevitably be delayed whilst we make contact with the cardholder
• Personalised items may take slightly longer to deliver

We will not be held responsible for delays that occur during transit.

Teamwear:

A limited number of teamwear items are kept in stock.  Most however have to be ordered directly from our suppliers.  This normally takes 7-10 working days.

If for some reason your order is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you immediately.

Our Returns Policy

Returning an item to ProKit UK is simple:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to the address shown below within 14 days of your purchase.  The item must be in its original condition, together with the original packaging.

We will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item.  Your refund will normally be made within 5 working days of receipt of your return and will be in the same form as your original payment.  ProKit will not accept responsibility for goods lost whilst in transit to us.  Please ensure that you obtain adequate insurance against loss or damage and/or record your delivery.

If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.

Faulty Goods:

If your goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to the address shown below within a reasonable time.  We aim to process faulty goods within 5 working days of receipt.  Please enclose a note stating the reason for return. 

If the goods are found to be faulty, an exchange or refund will be given. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order.  In the event that your goods have already been dispatched, please return the goods as detailed above.
